"The big black cat often seen at Town Hall has taken the final journey.
No longer will he grace his chair and supervise the office staff and Public Works personnel.
His untimely demise will be mourned by the town, Andrew and Kim Martinez, and all who knew him.
He was a good mouser, snuggler, and public relations officer, and he had pretty feet.
We will miss you!"
